With regular appearances in mainstream media including Channel 7, Sky, ABC, The Age and Sydney Morning Herald, our brand is making waves by helping businesses and individuals fight back against reputation-destroying content such as fake reviews, defamatory claims, and revenge porn. Removify is built on the belief that it is far too easy to attack someone online, and far too hard to defend yourself.

 

We are seeking a Marketing or Communications Graduate with customer facing experience who is confident in their ability to communicate (both written and verbal) and empathise with clients, fosters positive relationships (both externally and internally!) while contributing to the ongoing improvement of Removify’s services. 

 

Most importantly, we are looking for someone awesome who is wanting to learn, grow and who matches the energy and buzz that Removify radiates!

 

On a day-to-day basis you will: 

  • Administering our unique AMPLIFY review optimisation campaigns for clients
  • Assisting with product development of AMPLIFY service
  • Onboarding new customers and educating them on use of customer online portal.
  • Maintaining a portfolio of existing clients and scheduling meetings with AMPLIFY clients to review and discuss their project performance
  • Collaborating with all departments within the team to deliver outstanding results and maximise client satisfaction
  • Producing & delivering insightful client reports

 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for Marketing and the importance of helping businesses look their best online 
  • Is driven, self motivated and able to consistently work to meet and exceed targets
  • Has great client facing skills and is confident in being able to articulate appropriate and efficient strategies that align with the prospects needs
