Whether you receive a positive or negative review, it's important to respond and prove that you value your customers' experiences.

To respond to a review, click the three dots in the top right corner of the post and hit 'respond'.

Show them some love 😍 Thank the customer for their kind words and that you look forward to doing business again in the future!

Address the customer by name, apologise for not meeting their standards and thank them for voicing their concerns. Then, offer to discuss the matter further and provide your contact details.

Unfortunately, this is not how the world works. Reviews can only be submitted by paying customers of your business.

Even fake positive reviews can damage your reputation and will lose the trust of your clients and employees.

No sneaky business here! Business reviews and ratings are solely based on customer feedback and cannot be changed unless a review is deemed fake, false or unfair.

If your business has changed hands, you can permanently disown your business page by following these quick and easy steps:

1. Log into the dashboard,

2. Click 'Business Plans' on the left hand menu

3. Click on the three dots next to the business you want to remove

4. Hit 'permanently disown'
