BUYERS BEWARE!! Spent over $750 on products from this company. Took around 3 weeks to receive the order only to be missing 2/3 of the order. I had to chase them up only for them to lie about some policy and then argue and be absolutely rude when approached upon an unsatisfied customer enquiry, your met with nothing but hostility and rudness via emails and phone calls. Then I was told they they will refund and delete my account. VEY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Would not order from this company again even if they didn't threaten to delete my account.
When you spend top dollar you expect to be treated the way you deserve. Let's see how long it takes to refund what I'm owed!
