Obviously you won't include this in your false rating. Completely scammed me and didn't do what you said you would. Took me continually following up to get what you promised and it was still 3 weeks past the first month for you to get what you said you would. You also charged me in advance for the second month even though you were 3 weeks behind doing the simple AI content for my first month. You never did what I paid for the second month and when I cancelled (obviously), and tried chasing you up for what was paid for, your emails kicked back. I have never experienced such poor service and will be chasing the ACCC to receive a refund.

They show you from the start that they care about your business and that you're not just another customer. Their platform is really user friendly, being someone that knows very little about SEO they were happy to provide me with helpful articles to educate myself while simultaneously taking the workload of my shoulders.
