Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager is a vital member of the Vagary marketing team. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, from strategizing digital marketing plans to measuring the success of those plans using analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads)
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral and content
• Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Drive online engagement through social media channels
• Plan and manage SEO/SEM, email, and content marketing strategies
• Coordinate with sales teams to generate leads and conversions
• Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare monthly reports for management
• Manage budget allocation for digital marketing campaigns
• Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
