Your mission:

As Digital Account Manager it is your mission to deliver customer advocacy and provide industry-leading consultation for our clients to grow their businesses through our digital marketing solutions. You will build rapport and relationships while working with internal teams to execute our digital marketing campaigns and grow your clients businesses.

Your accountabilities:

• Reporting on clients digital marketing campaigns through our reporting templates.
• Calling clients to provide updates on campaign performances.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with client's and provide planning.
• Working with internal teams through task assignment to deliver on campaigns.
• Advise client's across digital marketing channels such as SEO, Social Media and Performance Marketing.
• Retain client's through excellent service and results.
• Documenting all client communication in our CRM.
