About the job
· Process customer and suppliers Invoices
· Process expenses
· Bank reconciliation
· Review quarterly GST filing and annual tax returns
· Handle and ensure accuracy of inventory management
· Manage customer subscription renewals
· Manage customers’ account receivables
· Booking of flights, hotels, transport for visitors / staff when required
· Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers & shipments
· Provide office administration support such as maintenance of office facilities, office rental renewal, phone plans, office access card etc
· Assist in organizing Office activities
· Handle recruitment administration and conduct interviews
· Prepare HR related documents such as employment contracts and/or other letters such as confirmation, transfer, promotion etc
· Manage all Work Pass applications, renewal, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations
· Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
· Assist in implementing new HR initiatives and policies
· Attend promptly to employees' queries on HR matters
